We suggest all customers check our always growing Knowledge Base, it contains a solution to many problems and can answer your questions instantly and save you from opening a ticket.
If the knowledge base does not hold the answer to your question, please open a ticket, and include as much detail as possible, not just “It’s broken!” if you can provide examples of files/sites not working, it will help diagnose and better understand the issue you and your site may be having and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
New accounts, please allow up to 48 hours for your site to fully resolve before opening a ticket. - Also be sure to check out our “Getting Started” section in the knowledge base to answer any common questions you may have, if it’s not listed - contact us and let us know your question.
